Do you need a design for a truck wash that would be reliable in the long-term? Do you want a middle-way between beauty and reliability?
Designed in 2008 by Gallardo Architects, it is one of the most artistic designs with unique curved roofs which is specialized for truck washes. It is constructed in an industrial area called Medley in NW 58 St. Miami and it is owned by Miami Dade County.

It has LEED components and thus uses resources more efficiently when compared to typical buildings. It has a recycling system, energy efficient lights and water conservation out of the box. Its pillars have been constructed with steel.

It has a build up area of 60,628 square feet, but the design is flexible and can be considered for larger areas as well.

The truck enters through the landfill area near the administration building, adjacent to the parking lot. It takes around 15 minutes for the wash to be completely finished.

There has been grass grown around the building. As the area is industrial, there are no residents living around the building. Apart from this truck wash, there is another one located in 11350 NW South River Dr Medley, FL 33178 which was constructed prior to it. They are apart from each other at about approximately 30 – 50 miles.
